What do you enjoy most about working at TRA?

One of the main things I enjoy most about working at TRA is that no two days are ever the same, my role is varied and there are always different tasks for me to help with.  One day could be spent helping with marketing tasks and another day could be spent dealing with new enquiries and general office duties.  I also really enjoy being part of a close-knit team, I feel supported and valued which has created a really positive work environment. 

What job did you want to have when you were growing up?

Growing up I wanted to be a primary school teacher.  I had great teachers throughout school, and I wanted to be able to make the same positive impact on others.  However, as I got older, I became more interested in business subjects such as administration and marketing which led to me completing a Business Studies degree instead. 

What is your favourite TRA project?  

It’s hard to pick just one favourite project as there are a few I love for different reasons, but my favourite is probably a new build on the isle of Arran.  I love the New England style and I think the design is contemporary but still traditional.  I really like how the open plan living space and kitchen area introduce natural light and I love the stunning sea views.
