Condition reports are useful decision-making documents for the owners and operators of commercial buildings. They are mostly needed to capture repair works or to inform a decision to purchase.
For every condition report on a commercial architectural project, we closely examine each material aspect and categorize by priority, sometimes bringing in other experts when required. The depth of study that the report goes into will be discussed with the client in advance and if any issues arise during the survey that warrant detailed specialist investigations these will be highlighted.
