Most often they are undertaken for the purposes of defining repairs to be incorporated into a conservation or refurbishment project. Our method of inspection and reporting involves a close examination of all of the building elements and then categorisation by priority in a manner that can be budget costed.  Often this is the first step in assisting a client with plans to improve or develop a commercial building.
