The Construction

We can lead the tendering and instruction of specialist construction subcontractors as part of our full architectural service. We are well used to leading and organising large-scale (and small-scale) teams on our architectural projects and understand how to keep a residential build project moving forward on a clear timeframe, with marked punctuation points throughout. We can run regular meetings and site inspections, including spot checks with updates to clients at all stages. 

We will also monitor a contractor’s progress measured against our outlined construction programme. Our well-honed procedures ensure that drawings and other information are followed and communicated effectively, as set out in a building contract.

While monitoring a construction project may seem straightforward, without good leadership and oversight, things can go awry. We can be on-hand to oversee any issues that arise during the construction and manufacture process. We have long experience of helping to organise successful construction elements of fantastic builds.
