The Technical Design

At this point, the final designs are made. All technical design information required to manufacture and construct the project is honed and specified as part of this service.

The design team and any specialist subcontractors employed by the contractor complete the design in this stage. This is the documentation that will lead to gaining a building warrant from the relevant authorities. And it’s the plans that will be used by the contractors.
